The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released its timetable of both class 10 and 12 examinations. If the past trends are to be believed, CBSE always release its result in June.

In the year 2017, the results of the class 10 examinations were released by CBSE on June 3, 2017, and class 12 results were out on May 28, 2017.

In 2017, examination of Central Board of Secondary Education’s Class 10 result only 90.95 percent students managed to pass the exam which was 96.21 percent in the year 2016; the result registered a dip of 5.26 percent in one year.

Kerala region registered the highest passing percentage which was 99.85 percent; the second position was acquired by Madras at 99.62 percent and Allahabad at 98.23 percent.

In the year 2017, on an average 11 lakh candidates appeared in the CBSE Class 12 exam out of which— 6,38,865 were boys, and 4,60,026 were girls — In 2016 it was 10.67 lakh students.

3502 centers and 10678 schools were enrolled for the Class 12 examination. Last year’s, topper name was Raksha Gopal.The young girl was from Amity International School in Noida. She scored 99.6 percentage, The second all India topper was also a girl. Her name was Bhumi Sawant, and she scored 99.04 percent.
